Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours prior to the start of your trip. No Refund will be issued if you cancel less than 48 hours before start of your trip. However, you may receive a 100% credit for rescheduling if you notify us at least 48 hours to start of trip or 50% credit for rescheduling at least 24 hours of start of trip. No refund or credit is available for same day cancellation or rescheduling.
