All Rentals are subject to these Terms and Conditions 

 

• Renter Must have a valid U.S. driver's license. 

• Renter Must be at least 25 years of age. 

• Only authorized renters under the rental agreement are allowed to operate rental slingshot. 

• No drag-racing, stunts, burnouts or donuts. Tire thread will be asses before and after each trip and if any signs of violation, you will be billed for new tires. 

• Slingshot must not be driven on any gravel, dirt, mud, or off-road. 

• We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and retake possession of the slingshot in response to a violation of any of the foregoing. 

  

  

INSURANCE:  

Physical damage protection

Choose from three protection plans — Premier, Standard, or Minimum — to get the level of coverage that’s right for you. Spring for Premier for peace of mind, or pay less for lighter coverage with higher out-of-pocket costs for vehicle damage or theft.

Liability insurance included

All protection plans include coverage under a third-party liability insurance policy from Travelers Excess and Surplus Lines Company — $750,000 for the Premier plan.

  

Customer Responsibility: 

The Renter is responsible for the safe storage of this Slingshot in all weather conditions while the slingshot is in your care. A Waterproof full cover is provided with each rental. If renter does not use cover and the vehicle suffers weather damage the renter is responsible for the damage. 

  

Miles Included

Daily/Hourly Rentals are limited to 250 miles/day. 

For every additional mile, renter will be charged $0.75/mile

Toll Road

Our Slingshots are equipped with EZ TAG for toll roads usage. Renter will be billed for each use of toll road at current rate, plus an additional $5 processing fee. 

  

Replacement Key 

There is $150 replacement key fee if key is lost or damage 

  

Late Fee 

There is 30 minutes grace period at the end of each trip. If renter fails to drop off slingshot on the set agreeable time, a $25 late fee will be processed for every additional hour. 

 

Fuel/Gasoline: 

Slingshot Requires Premium Gas ONLY. Receipts are required during drop-off... No Exceptions!
